I am a fully\u00a0Certified\u00a0Master Automotive Technician\u00a0by ASE (Automotive Service Excellence)\u00a0 and\u00a0Scored 100%\u00a0on the Electrical\/Electronic Systems Certification Test.<\/p>\n

I have been a coach and\u00a0teacher for most of my life, training students both young and old.\u00a0\u00a0In my 26 years of experience\u00a0as an Expert Diagnostic and Repair Technician\u00a0for\u00a0Automotive Dealerships, I was the go to guy for\u00a0vehicles with problems that no one else\u00a0could fix, as well as a Shop Foreman and Instructor of fellow technicians.\u00a0 More recently, I have educated students for\u00a0almost 10 years as an Instructor of Automotive, Electrical, and Electronics systems at a Technical School in NY.\u00a0 While there I received a Recognition Award\u00a0as Top Instructor for being able to get through to students that others thought could not succeed.<\/p>\n

To me Teaching should be\u00a0about:<\/p>\n

Getting the Students Involved in the Learning Experience.<\/p>\n

Lecturing with a Purpose, not just to show how much you know.<\/p>\n

Teaching in a way that let’s students realize “they can do this”, not how hard it is.<\/p>\n
